SHIPPING FAQS

Our primary warehouse is located in Auckland, but occasionally some products are shipped from our head office warehouse in Australia. Delivery generally takes between 7 and 21 days depending on the delivery schedule and location. For Pre-Orders, delivery will be within 7 to 21 days after the estimated arrival date.

Saunas and Reformers are delivered directly into the room of your choice. Ice Baths will be placed in an open space or garage at the front of your property.

Shipping is free New Zealand-wide on orders over $100.

Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. For large item delivery, we’ll call within 48 to 72 hours to arrange a delivery time and confirm someone is available to receive the item. We will keep you updated with progress calls as needed.

In stock items are dispatched within 2 to 3 days. For pre-orders, we’ll notify you of the expected arrival date and delivery timeline once the item arrives in our warehouse.

We use third-party delivery partners to handle shipping.

Due to the size and weight of our items, express shipping is not available.

We do not leave items unattended. We will call to schedule a delivery time when you’re home so our team can assist with moving the item to its desired location.
